Jeremy Shore has been a commercial real estate professional since completing his studies at The George Washington University. He began his career in Washington, DC at CoStar Group, the leading information provider for the industry. Starting in the research department before promotion to sales, CoStar Group gave Mr. Shore a strong foundation for all property types, and the ability to contextualize each property based on its underlying market forces.
Upon returning home to Los Angeles, Mr. Shore managed a retail portfolio in downtown, where he handled tenant relations and lease negotiations. Due to his market expertise, rent for new tenants was successfully increased by over 100%. Before entering the brokerage world, Mr. Shore worked for boutique retail property investment company in Beverly Hills, where he sought out new acquisitions.
At Maher Commercial Realty, Mr. Shore arranges investment sales with a focus on mixed use development, retail and office opportunities within the city of Los Angeles. He also provides leasing services; dutifully representing landlords and tenants for office, retail, and medical space. His clientele range from prominent family offices to institutional REITs.
In an industry where not everyone follows the “Golden Rule” Mr. Shore takes pride in treating all clients ethically and transparently.
In his spare time Mr. Shore enjoys tennis, skiing, politics, and travel.
