Edmund Ha is the Managing Director at Maher Commercial Realty in Beverly Hills. Mr. Ha brings over 15 years of multifamily investment experience to the position and represents prominent institutional companies and private entities in the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment properties. Ha works with developers throughout Los Angeles and represents them in acquiring investment properties for value add and mixed-use development projects. Mr. Ha is also recognized as the leading global real estate advisor for private and international clients investing in the U.S. commercial real estate market.
Ha began his career as an Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap and went on to hold the role of Managing Director at BRC Advisors and Sperry Commercial Global, respectively.
Ha earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Foreign Economic Policy from Boston University.
