Daniel Gelfer is a top-producing salesperson with natural talent for the real estate business. Growing up in L.A., Daniel was always fascinated by the rise of new real estate development and the changing landscapes of the city. The idea of “making things happen” stuck with him ever since.
Early in his career, Daniel found success with an online retail business that he developed, web-designed and marketed himself. Preferring to work with people rather than programming, he soon took a sales position where he achieved back-to-back production records for several months.
At Maher Commercial Realty, Daniel specializes in representing investors and owner-users in the purchase and sale of industrial properties. His primary market area includes North Hollywood and Sun Valley.
