With over five years of back and forth with the two contiguous parcel owners, Maher Commercial Realty was able to secure 467 Midvale for the same buyer that we represented for 461 Midvale earlier in the year, giving our buyer close to 16,000 square feet of R4 zoned land in North Westwood Village, walking distance to UCLA. These buildings have been operated as student housing, but retained large upside potential in rents as well as future development potential.
